What happened to Dynastyexpress.com ? does anyone know for sure?

I've been ordering PC parts online from them for about two years now without any problems until now!

I ordered $500.00 worth of PC Parts, after one week they still weren't shipped out yet, so I called them so see what was going on, they informed me that they were so backed up and busy that their UPS ground shipments were shipping after the next and second day air shipments which kinda pissed me off, so this means if someone ordered a $12.00 floppy drive next day air they would get it before I would receive my $500.00 order,,, BULL !!

So I then called them back on Monday and cancelled my order, no problem right ? ,

Two days later their Website reported that my order was still pending, so I called back again to find out when it would be processed since I used my Debit card to pay for it. I was informed oh about a week or two, Ok now I'm getting really pissed.

I checked their Website the next day and to my surprise their Website was DOWN,   DOH !!!!!! Here is a sample of their Website I just so happened to have saved a page after one of my orders click here to see what it used to look like

So I called back to find out what the hell was going on, and guess what NO F!@#*&! answer , hmmm I thought I think I'm screwed. I went to Whois.net to find out who the Administrator for their Website was, So I emailed him and he replied back to me saying that a lot of people have been having trouble with Dynastyexpress and that he thinks they went under. So once again I'm screwed.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it,  lol

So I now have a dispute pending at my Bank so I will just wait and see what happens.

UPDATE, I DID WIN MY DISPUTE AND GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK !!!
